IHS was established in February 2001 to provide top quality recruitment and outsourcing services to the UK Pharmaceutical sector. General Manager Kristin Darlison is a founding director and Operations Director Marie Entwistle joined the business in 2001.

IHS has since strengthened its offering in healthcare following the addition of SSC to the business in 2006. SSC has been a leading provider of recruitment services in devices, med tech and healthcare for over 30 years.

IHS and SSC together make up our parent company Resourcing Services (UK) Ltd. In 2009 we started our association with the McGinley Group of companies, who employ over 3,000 staff in the UK and reached number 46 in Recruiter-HOT 100 recruitment companies.
